My one true thing today is that I am not spending one minute in high anxiety, as I did yesterday over the Mediterranean Riviera. I found myself a swirling out of control. I couldn’t get a grip for the life of me.
Today, it has been snowing all day. I have been watching the birds in the birdfeeder frolicking wildly. I did watch a teenage boy, literally skipping down the road after looking at his phone, I imagined he got a text from the girl he admired.
I'm tired of the rhetoric, name calling, divisiveness in our country/world. I don't have the bandwidth anymore. I'm focusing on my world, making it a safe place for me and my mental health.
Dana, thank you. I think this is my most favorite thing you’ve written. I can see Brad slow clapping with pride about the wisdom you’ve just dropped.
My one true sentence today: we don’t have time to not speak right from the heart—say it now.
Bethany, that means so much coming from you! Thank you!
And I love your one true sentence.

Sally, that one true sentence is huge - thank you for the reminder.
Thank you Dana.

You're not alone. So many of us feel this. I love the focus on your world and making it feel safe for you and your mental health.
Don't waste time on ignorance and stupidity. When you know better, you do better.
