Episode Summary
In July 2016, best friends Jeremy Potter & Bradford Frost began brainstorming the creation of a podcast called, 'Defending Your Life' as a way to discuss what it means to live courageously. Little did they know, only months later, it would be Brad who would be defending his life.
This first episode takes place on October 13, 2016, inside the hospital after Brad received a stage 4 diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer). In this conversation, Jeremy, Brad, and his wife, Dana (who is 4 years into remission of her own cancer) discuss the diagnosis and life ahead.
